I’m Shauna, or as most people know me, "Miss Shauna". It is my goal to help you become the best, most empowered version of you. My journey of self discovery and personal development has taken me to wonderful places. Whether I’m busy, running my dance school and cosmetics businesses, meditating and doing yoga, working with young business owners, or just spending time with my pet cats or nephews, I’ve learned how valuable it can be to find yourself, love yourself, and make your passion a priority on your road to success.

At my dance school, I refer to my students as superstars – because I believe everyone has something special inside of them waiting to come out and shine bright. Sometimes you just need a little help to find it and help it grow. I hope I can help you find your own sparkle by guiding you to see your full potential and motivating you to accomplish things you never thought possible..

I have a degree in Kinesiology, a diploma in Communications, and am a certified Yoga Teacher, Reiki Practitioner, Crystal Energy Healer, Life Coach and International Beauty Guide. I’m an entrepreneur and have been teaching and coaching in a variety of capacities for over 25 years. Most important, I am 100% dedicated to helping inspire your journey of self discovery, overall wellness, and success!
