For more than 17 years, I have worked to redefine what it means to lead with purpose, discipline, and authentic joy. As an entrepreneur, author, keynote speaker, and dance educator, I help leaders, teams, and artists bridge the gap between passion and sustainable scale.
My background spans elite gymnastics, professional cheerleading, and building a multi-decade legacy as the founder and director of Maples Academy of Dance. Through this journey, I discovered that whether you are leading a company, commanding a stage, or mentoring the next generation, high-performance culture is built on the same foundation: choreographed processes, resilient leadership, and unlocking each individual's unique brilliance, or as I like to call it, their signature sparkle.
In my book, Starting in First, and across keynote stages, I translate the rigor of elite performance into actionable playbooks for business, education, and life. I don't just teach steps or high-level theory. I build systems that empower individuals and organizations to navigate complexities, foster true accountability, and lead with purpose.
